(EEM, Rapid Response Landlord-Tenant Mediation) The Mediation Center of the Pacific helps landlords and tenants negotiate realistic payment plans and maintain a positive working relationship through video conference. Landlords and tenants work with an impartial mediator who will help them discuss a variety of options such as payment plans, temporary rent reductions, deferred payments, and other creative solutions that will enable the landlord to continue receiving some level of payment and enable the tenants to craft a realistic future for remaining in their rental. If landlord and tenant have flexible schedules, mediation sessions can be scheduled in 5 business days.

Students take the tablet home and our book coaches work with the families via text message to support and empower families to build strong reading routines in the home.
Families keep the tablets once the program is complete.
