The parking lot is only for MCP clients and staff.
Do not park at the Interstate Building.
Eligibility
Tenant is at risk of eviction because they have not paid rent or will not be able to pay next month's rent. Landlord has not filed for eviction in court.

(EEM, Rapid Response Landlord-Tenant Mediation) The Mediation Center of the Pacific helps landlords and tenants negotiate realistic payment plans and maintain a positive working relationship through video conference. Landlords and tenants work with an impartial mediator who will help them discuss a variety of options such as payment plans, temporary rent reductions, deferred payments, and other creative solutions that will enable the landlord to continue receiving some level of payment and enable the tenants to craft a realistic future for remaining in their rental. If landlord and tenant have flexible schedules, mediation sessions can be scheduled in 5 business days.
All mediation sessions are held on Zoom.
