(MEO, MEO Core 4 Business Planning Class) Offers a 30-hour course that helps individuals analyze business opportunity and plan success. The course guides individuals in the development of a realistic, achievable plan for a business. It is helpful for prospective entrepreneurs as well as existing small business owners.

(MEO) Provides up to 6 months of case management that includes developing an individual service plan, budget preparation, assistance with job retention and job skill development, and other counseling. In addition to case management clients may receive up to a maximum of $3500 in rental assistance. This is structured for a six month period with the first month's rental not to exceed $1200.

City and County of Honolulu's Department of Community Services is now accepting pre-eligibility inquiries for home loans up to $40,000. Families earning up to 80% of Honolulu’s area median income can qualify. Loans will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified Oʻahu residents. Step 2 – After initial loan approval from your first mortgage lender, the lender will be asked to submit electronic copies of your loan application and supporting documents to the City. (Donation campaign) Hawaiian Council launched Kakoo Mai, a coordinated effort to deliver immediate relief and ongoing support to those affected by this disaster. Kakoo Mai is a donation campaign to aid communities and individuals impacted by the floods and weather events beginning in March 2026. (ABC) Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC) Program - an evidenced-based intervention for caregivers of infants and toddlers who have experienced early adversity. The ABC Parent-Child Attachment Specialist, known more informally as the ABC Parent Coach, is able to provide intervention for infants between 6 and 24 months of age and toddlers between 24 and 48 months. Saint Matthew's Episcopal Church provides a food sack to participants who are in need of food, 1 bag per adult. Emergency requests are answered as soon as we find out about it, or when the person is referred to us by social agency as well as our own congregation each Sunday. Beach dwellers and families in multiple family situations are helped with food as soon as we are notified. We also provide used clothing, sheets, blankets, and towels when these items are available.
