We Are Oceania (WAO) program provides services and referrals to assist the Micronesian community in the following areas: -Health - help enroll clients in health insurance -Education - work with community colleges to help and guide those that want to go to college -Employment - help with resume and coaching individuals for employment, refer individuals to employers that are hiring for employment -Child welfare services - provide culture consultant to case workers for families that are already receiving public or government assistance but do not understand the system, a program or service completely -Legal - partner with Legal Aid Society and Volunteer Legal Service to help clients with any legal services they need -Public assistance - assist their clients on how to apply and to complete applications, help them with first to work program -Housing - make phone calls and refer clients to emergency shelter, assist with application for housing -Social security, passport and I-94 replacement, guardianship, taxes

(Sultan Early Intervention Program, Easter Seals Sultan Early Intervention Program) Easterseals Hawaii provides individualized early intervention services to children under 3 with or at risk for developmental delays and their families. Services include: Development of an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP); Parent coaching and family support; Developmental evaluations; Resources, information, and referral services; Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas: Cognitive; Language and Communication; Physical; Development; Social and Emotional; Adaptive/Self Care. Program focuses on building a support team for the family and assisting them in meeting challenges via parent coaching and building a foundation of tools and strategies that parents need to support their child’s growth and participation in their community.

Provides financial assistance for educational and self esteem building activities for children in foster care. Village Harvest is a volunteer-based Kauai gleaning program that harvests and donates produce to those in need. We strive to bridge the gap between food waste and food insecurity by utilizing food left over from harvests on personal properties and farms. The produce gleaned is donated to food pantries, youth programs, and home deliveries for homebound and houseless. We also distribute and install food trees throughout the community to increase direct access to produce into the future, contributing to long-term food security.

(Lifes Choices Kauai) -Prevent drug and alcohol abuse and addiction on Kauai -Support the enforcement of Kauai, state and federal laws dealing with drug and alcohol abuse -Provides referrals for treatment and support workforce development -Help rehabilitated residents rejoin the community as successful citizens

Army Community Service's Army Emergency Relief program provides emergency financial assistance for basic living necessities plus emergency travel and funeral expenses.

Offers multipurpose senior programs and congregate meals. Serves as a focal point for service delivery and presentations by other agencies.

Escorts the frail, elderly to doctors, hospitals, banks and pharmacies. Provides information and referrals that facilitate access to community resources.
