Families with minor children, 17 years and younger, at imminent risk of losing their housing. Applicant must have sustainable income to pay rent moving forward and emergency documents.

(HPP) A one time, not ongoing assistance that provides security deposit, first month's rent, past due rent, utility deposit and past due utility to families with minor children, 17 years and younger. Utility assistance for renters only. Utilities assistance to prevent the household from losing their housing or prevent homelessness.
