(Childrens Specialty Care) Provides specialized pediatric services for children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age. Services provided by Specialist Pediatricians via the following clinics: Adolescent, Allergy, Cardiac, Behavioral/Developmental, Ears-Nose-Throat, Immunology, Kawasaki Syndrome, Medically Fragile Children with Special Needs, Neurology, NICU Medical, Lupus/Rheumatology, Surgical, Cleft Lip and Palate, and feeding team.

Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

Provides 24 hour skilled nursing care to elderly. Includes social services, rehabilitation, special diets, activity programs. Maintains a secured unit (20 bed special care unit) for patients with Alzheimer's disease. Provides island wide public transportation, including transportation for disabled individuals. The County of Hawai'i Mass Transit Agency also provides a Shared Ride Taxi Program in Hilo. (Steadfast Pacific) Acquires, develops, owns, and manages permanent supported housing suitable for occupancy by persons in Hawaii with chronic mental illness, also known as SMI (Seriously Mentally Ill). Operates 29 group homes (including duplex units) and 6 condominium units. All clients are being provided with mental health supportive services at the Community Mental Health Centers.

Provides bicycling advocacy in such areas as commuting, education, mountain biking, recreation, sport, touring, tourism, trail maintenance, transportation, etc. Organizes weekend rides, bicycling events and races, bi-monthly newsletter, membership meetings, etc. Conducts Bike Ed Hawaii, an on-bike on-road bicycling education program for 4th grade children in Oahu's public school system. Also teaches a walk smart program at the First grade level and a Sixth Grade review course.

Provides planning, administrative, and technical assistance for the Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems.
