Provides 24 hour skilled nursing care to elderly. Includes social services, rehabilitation, special diets, activity programs. Maintains a secured unit (20 bed special care unit) for patients with Alzheimer's disease. Provides outpatient geriatric rehabilitation. 12 bed, medicare unit, rehabilitaion service: OT, PT, speech therapy. Specialty: Post stroke recovery.
