The Hawaiian Council provides a center designed to make it easier to access the resources and support you need in one place. This location operates independently from the Waialua Community Assistance Center at Waialua District Park. Get Help With: Financial assistance programs, insurance questions and claims support, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) (subject to availability) and temporary housing applications, legal services, permitting and rebuilding guidance, and disaster case management. Community resource navigators will be on site to work with you one on one and connect you to the support that best fits your needs.
