Ohua Clinic provides primary and preventive medical care fully integrated with behavioral health and Native Hawaiian Healing. Other services include tobacco treatment, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, gender affirming care, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric care, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, care coordination, pharmacy services, and more. New patients are asked to fill out a Patient Registration Form in advance of scheduling an appointment. HomeAid's Kauhale Management Division provides secure, shared housing at Kipuola Kauahale, light case management, job readiness support, and opportunities for education and community engagement primarily for single individuals.  Additional support for mental health resources and counseling referrals, transportation assistance for work or school, and health and wellness programs for residents may be available. Residents have their own "sleeping pod" but share communal space (toilet, shower, kitchen, computer lab, public areas, etc.).  Residents are required to attend weekly or monthly community meetings, help with shared chores to maintain the common areas, follow site policies for safety, treat others with kindness and respect, and stay engaged with job training, education, or personal development activities.

(Workforce Development - Maui) Provides job training, placement, and case management services for individuals receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)/VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) assistance.

(Pahoa Family Health Center) Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health care for the whole ohana. Services include, but are not limited to: primary care, preventative care, women's health, pediatric care, dental, same day visits, mental health care, confidential teen visits, substance use treatment, WIC services, community outreach, and school based health care. Volunteers at Helping Hands Hawaii play an important role in making sure donations reach families quickly and efficiently. Provides comprehensive services to persons who are suffering from a serious mental illness or persons in acute mental health crisis. Includes psychiatric evaluation and treatment, counseling and psychotherapy, case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

A certified Patient Navigator provides personal hands-on support and direction to patients going through cancer treatment. (Hawaii Relief Program) Catholic Charities Hawaii has been contracted to administer the Hawaii Relief Program. Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including: -Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month) -One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000) -Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source) -One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source). Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources. Water expense may include sewer service fees. Payments are made directly to landlords, mortgage lenders, or utility providers.
