Some clients have to make a co-payment for certain types of services. For others, all services are free. Some clients (depending on income) pay portion of monthly premium as well.

The State of Hawaii Med-QUEST Division (MQD) provides eligible low-income adults and children access to health and medical coverage through managed care plans. The QUEST program is designed to provide Quality care, Universal access, Efficient utilization, Stabilizing costs, and to Transform the way health care is provided to recipients. If you are enrolled in Med-QUEST and your contact information changed in the past two years, please update your contact information so you can stay enrolled. Call (800) 316-8005 or log in to your account to make the change (see the website).
