Fees

Everyone is welcome, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. If you are uninsured, underinsured and/or have insurance you may qualify for our sliding fee scale. To do so, you must have proof of income.

Ohua Clinic provides primary and preventive medical care fully integrated with behavioral health and Native Hawaiian Healing. Other services include tobacco treatment, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, gender affirming care, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric care, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, care coordination, pharmacy services, and more. New patients are asked to fill out a Patient Registration Form in advance of scheduling an appointment. The registration form is available on Waikiki Health’s website at https://www.waikikihealth.org. Face masks are optional for patients while clinical staff providing direct services are required to wear face masks.
