Elder Law Program focuses on legal issues of socially and economically needy elders on Oahu and provides advice/counsel and referrals for problems involving public entitlements, guardianship/conservatorship, housing, landlord/tenant, elder abuse, age discrimination, consumer protection, healthcare decisions, and planning for incapacity and death.

Ohua Clinic provides primary and preventive medical care fully integrated with behavioral health and Native Hawaiian Healing. Other services include tobacco treatment, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, gender affirming care, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric care, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, care coordination, pharmacy services, and more. New patients are asked to fill out a Patient Registration Form in advance of scheduling an appointment. Face masks are optional for patients while clinical staff providing direct services are required to wear face masks.

The Taxpayers Voice for a safe and beautiful community. The West Maui Taxpayers Association (WMTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1974 to provide an organized voice of support for public and private improvements which have potential benefit for the West Maui community from Lahaina to Kapalua. WMTA was founded to assure that West Maui would receive its fair share of tax-funded improvements by state and county governments. WMTA has been at work on these improvements for over 40 years. Represents taxpayers' interests to the government. Welcomes individual and business members and inquiries from the general public. Schedules public education forums dealing with issues and proposed laws to advance responsible action.

(EEM, Rapid Response Landlord-Tenant Mediation) The Mediation Center of the Pacific helps landlords and tenants negotiate realistic payment plans and maintain a positive working relationship through video conference. Landlords and tenants work with an impartial mediator who will help them discuss a variety of options such as payment plans, temporary rent reductions, deferred payments, and other creative solutions that will enable the landlord to continue receiving some level of payment and enable the tenants to craft a realistic future for remaining in their rental. If landlord and tenant have flexible schedules, mediation sessions can be scheduled in 5 business days. All mediation sessions are held on Zoom.
