Healthy Mothers Health Babies Coalition of Hawaii (HMHB) offers "Hawaii Cribs for Kids," a safe sleep education course, for low-income, high-risk pregnant women and their families.
This program provides education on the risk factors, how to create a safe sleep environment, and tracks the baby's health throughout its first year of life.
Health centers and community partners refer income-eligible parents to HMHB, and each eligible family receives a free Pack n' Play crib after completing the class so their child has a safe place to sleep.

H-HEAP primarily assists households by applying an energy assistance grant directly to the energy provider on behalf of the eligible household.
