(HCBS) Adult Day Health in combination with Community Learning Services Group supports participants through a set of services on site and community based.
Residential Habilitation provides individualized supports that assist the resident with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to living in the community.
Chore Service provides services to maintain the home as a clean, sanitary and safe environment in order to ensure the participant’s health and welfare.
Community Learning Services, Individual supports participant’s integration in the community.
Personal Assistance/Habilitation includes a range of assistance or habilitative training services provided in the participant’s own home or family home to enable a participant to acquire, retain and/or improve skills related to living in his/her home.
Training and Consultation assist unpaid caregivers, paid service supervisors and/or paid support staff in implementing the goals and outcomes developed from the person-centered planning process included in the Individualized Service Plan.
RCH started its Developmental Disabilities Domiciliary Homes program in 1977. The homes were built by RCH with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The homes are licensed and monitored by the State Department of Health.
Currently, RCH operates two domiciliary homes with a capacity of housing and providing services for up to four residents in each home. The homes are managed by Domiciliary Home Managers who provide a family environment and support the residents in developing their independent daily living skills through integration in the community.
The program consists of a highly structured skill developmental training program focused on personal care, social integration, and systematic positive behavior changes. The program is complemented with a day activity program and transportation services.

Portuguese Stone Oven Baking Program

The Kona Historical Society practices the traditional art of baking Portuguese bread in a large wood-fired stone oven, or forno, located in the Kalukalu Pasture below the Society’s headquarters, H.N. Greenwell Store Museum and Native Forest Exhibit.
The communal oven can hold more than 30 loaves of bread. Cash and credit card accepted for bread purchase.

Gregory House Programs's Save the FoodBasket program delivers food to those who are house bound or in rural areas and distributes groceries at a rented space in a centrally located church. Information on the distribution location available upon the completion of a referral.
All recipients get an equal amount of frozen meats, produce, dairy, and non-perishable goods. Hot lunches are available twice a week. Other services include limited toiletries and cleaning supplies, nutrition classes, and nutrition counseling.
