Seniors Eyecare Program

Callers who meet the eligibility requirements are mailed the name of an ophthalmologist participating near their home. Participating physicians provide a comprehensive, medical eye exam and care for anything diagnosed at the initial visit for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services. Eyeglasses, prescriptions, and hospital services are not covered under the program.

Family Program

Families who are accepted into our program can live at the National Home in a single family home for up to four years while working with a professional case worker to set goals and make plans for the future. Families also have access to educational, recreational and enrichment opportunities. Community resources and counseling referrals are provided as needed. Free state-certified daycare services are provided free of charge for children five and under.
