(H-HEAP, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program - Energy Credit - Maui, LIHEAP, LIHEAP EC, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) Hawaii Home Energy Assistance Program (H-HEAP) is a federal program that provides qualifying low-income households with a one-time credit to offset household energy costs. Applications for this program are only accepted during the month of June. The amount of the credit varies each year and is based on the total number of people living in the house. Applicants must have an active electric account and are required to submit a current electric bill. Applicants may apply, once per program year for one of the two types of credit: Energy Credit (EC) or Emergency Crisis Intervention (ECI).

The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA Hawaii) provides year-round education and workforce training through its Construction Training Center of the Pacific. Chamber Music Hawaii's concert series spans from September through May of each year, showcasing our resident chamber ensembles in premiere concert venues on Oahu.
