(PAF After School, Malama and Lokahi) Pacific American Foundation provides afterschool programming for the Malama and Lokahi programs at: Blanche Pope Elementary, Waimanalo Intermediate and Elementary, Malama Honua Public Charter School, Keolu Elementary School, Kailua Elementary School, Kailua High School, Olomana School, Puohala School, Waiahole Elementary, Kaneohe Elementary, Ahuimanu Elementary, Benjamine Parker Elementary, Windward Nazarene Academy, Kapunahala Elementary, Kahaluu Elementary, and Heeia Elementary.

Educates about agriculture, family/consumer life skills, family finances, foods/clothing, and leadership development. Advises on soil management, livestock, crops, and farm management. Conducts 4-H youth programs.

Conducts investigations for pre-sentence reports and conditional release motions. Supervises adult felons and some misdemeanants who are placed on probation, supervises deferred acceptance of guilty pleas or conditional discharges. Supervises interstate felon or misdemeanant probationers. The Employment Readiness Program offers information and referral services as well as assistance in the areas of employment, and training. Services include hiring events, career counseling and goal setting, employment and education information, classes on resume writing (federal and private sector), interviewing, building a LinkedIn profile, and conducting a job search.
