Parents And Children Together's (PACT) learning and developmental services for pregnant women and low income families with infants and toddlers birth - 5 years old. Applications are accepted year-round. PACT's Early Head Start is a federally funded program that supports the healthy development of pregnant women, infants, and toddlers birth - 3 years old through early learning, health, and family services. PACT's Head Start is a federally funded program that promotes school readiness for children 3 years old - 5years old through education, health, nutrition, and family support services.

Assesses the vocational potential of disabled persons through work samples, situational observation, diagnostic interviews and psychometric tests. Provides information and recommendations for vocational counseling and rehabilitation plans. Conducts physical capacity evaluation, case work and counseling, psychosocial assessment, occupational skills assessment and work experience.

Patient Services Navigators: Through our Division's Patient Services Center, specialists connect patients with information, resources and support, and help eliminate barriers to needed care. Financial Assistance: A limited amount of indirect assistance is available to any cancer patient in Hawaii for patient services not covered by insurance such as transportation for medical appointments and treatment, breast prostheses, wigs and hats. Referrals to local resources as well as mainland resources too.

Each year, Hawai‘i Opera Theatre produces an opera specifically designed to take “on tour” to schools all around the state. In addition to being a great experience with music and drama, this show can also be used to enhance curriculum. Themes are relevant to social studies, language arts, math and more. This production is recommended for grade level K-8 and family audiences but has also been successful with middle and high school audiences as well. Cost per performance is $325 with the recommended audience size of 200 students per performance. The production uses live music accompaniment. (Food Pantry) Saint Raphael's Church provides a bag or a box of food to those that are in need, mainly canned goods. They occasionally provides eggs, meat and toiletries. The pantry will be open the 3rd Thursday of the month in November and December 2025.

Wilson Senior Living is an adult care home providing 24 hour, 7 day a week care to residents, including 3 meals a day and snacks, laundry, housekeeping, utilities, rent, medication management, care planning and transport to doctors appointments. Private bedrooms, activities curriculum, and temporary respite available. In general, 5-10 day move in process.

(Kula) --Referrals through the Hawaii CARES line-- Community Empowerment Resources’ Maui Crisis Stabilization Center is an around-the-clock crisis stabilization facility designed for individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological crises. Our primary goal is to effectively resolve the crisis and help clients regain stability. We offer a secure and therapeutic environment for adults aged 18 years old or older, providing support for up to 14 days.

(Childrens Advocacy Center of West Hawaii) Provides a safe, neutral place for child abuse investigations by trained interviewers who are specialists in child abuse and neglect. In order to minimize the number of interviews, proceedings can be videotaped and/or audiotaped. Provides training for professionals in interviewing children in order to provide a neutral, professional investigation. Coordinates civil and criminal court actions. Coordinates the activities of all agencies involved with the child.

(I Ola, OHA Emergency Relief Fund, I Ola, OHA Emergency Relief Fund) The Hawaiian Council administers the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) Emergency Relief Fund, I Ola. OHA provides up to $1,200 in one-time financial assistance to Native Hawaiian federal civilian employees of the Department of Homeland Security who are impacted by the federal government shutdown effective February 14, 2026.
