(H2H, Hele2Work, Hele to Work) The staff of the Hele2Work Employment Program at the Institute for Human Services (IHS) provide job readiness and post employment follow up services, as well as job search assistance along with referrals to job training classes and vocational training programs when available for those who qualify to participate in them. All Hele2Work services are free to those in need who are homeless, or who are at-risk of becoming homeless if employment is not secured quickly.

Diaper Assistance Program - Kauai

(Aloha Diaper Pantry) The Aloha Diaper Bank supports newborns up to 3 years old who are facing poverty or family crises due to job loss or personal circumstances. Working in collaboration with various local agencies that serve low-income, homeless, and families in crisis, we provide essential diapers and wipes. Families are encouraged to register with one of the partner agencies to receive ongoing support and access other valuable services during challenging times. Additionally, the Aloha Diaper Bank offers a one-time emergency assistance package, including 75 diapers and 2 packs of baby wipes, to address immediate needs. The Aloha Diaper Bank Maui Pantry and the Aloha Diaper Bank Kauai Pantry works with partner agencies to distribute diapers to families in need.
