Project Vision Hawai`i travels to rural communities using our mobile vehicles to provide screenings to individuals.

Eligibility

Children and teens up to age 19, Parents and other adults, Pregnant women, People with disabilities, Youth “aging out” of foster care, US citizens and certain lawfully present immigrants may be eligible for Hawaii’s Medicaid health care program, Med-QUEST. Eligibility depends on income, assets, the number of people in your household, and other rules.

(Med-QUEST Kokua Outreach) Project Vision Hawaii's Certified application counselors can help with Med-QUEST applications and questions: application submission, program questions, renewal assistance, application follow-up, health plan enrollment, or updating your case. Certified application counselors can help people shop for and enroll in affordable medical insurance through the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace (https://www.healthcare.gov) if necessary.
