(FSP) Freeway Service Patrol offers a variety of services to assist you when your vehicle has stopped on the freeway or close to off and on ramps. Our goal is to help you get your vehicle started so that you can get back on the road. If your vehicle does not start, a Freeway Service Patrol driver may tow you and your vehicle to an off-freeway location. The services we provide include: -Changing flat tires -Jump starting your car as a result of a dead battery -Radiator refills -Making temporary repairs -Providing gallon of gasoline (we do not provide diesel) -Towing vehicle off the freeway to a designated drop area. Medicab provides a door to door transportation service for people who need assistance or need to be escorted, usually to a doctor or medical facility. Drivers are trained how to communicate and assist elderly and disabled people. The driver does not lift, carry or push anyone. Drivers do sign out customers from the hospital and assist (guide by hand) people in and out of the vehicle COVID-19 patients are asked to sit at the back seat with their masks on. The Hawaii Internet Crime Against Childrent (ICAC) Task Force is part of a cooperative nationwide network of ICAC Task Forces that are dedicated to protecting children in the online environment. In order to accomplish this goal, our ICAC Task Force makes internet education and safety programs and information available for Hawaii's children, teachers, and parents. If prevention efforts fail, Hawaii's ICAC Task Force is ready to vigorously investigate and prosecute persons who victimize children through the use of computers and the internet.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program.
