Participates in community service projects. The Leo Club Program gives young people the opportunity to serve their communities and make a positive impact. They offer a great way to have fun, make new friends and develop valuable leadership skills. You can visit the website to look at a list of locations that collect used prescription and nonprescription glasses that can be dropped off in the marked blue boxes. If these used eyeglasses are not sent directly to a specific country, the used eyeglasses are sent to a recycling center in Vallejo, CA where they are processed and distributed to areas in need. Go to website and on the Contact Us page for the current email contact (may change when LIONS Club governor is selected annually)
