(FSP) Freeway Service Patrol offers a variety of services to assist you when your vehicle has stopped on the freeway or close to off and on ramps. Our goal is to help you get your vehicle started so that you can get back on the road. If your vehicle does not start, a Freeway Service Patrol driver may tow you and your vehicle to an off-freeway location. The services we provide include: -Changing flat tires -Jump starting your car as a result of a dead battery -Radiator refills -Making temporary repairs -Providing gallon of gasoline (we do not provide diesel) -Towing vehicle off the freeway to a designated drop area. Once your vehicle is towed off the freeway, you can call for another towing service or your automobile insurance for further assistance.

(Food Pantry) Parents And Children Together (PACT) provides a food pantry with essential staples for individuals and families at the Family Center in Kuhio Park Terrace. Intake is valid for one year.

(HVOAD, VOAD, Debris Cleanup, Mud Cleanup, Disaster Cleanup, December 2021 Flood, Crisis Clean Up) Crisis Cleanup is a national coordination platform that connects disaster survivors with local volunteer organizations who may provide: Debris removal, muck-out (flood cleanup), tree and yard clearing, and/or basic sanitation of impacted areas. This service is free, but signing up does not guarantee help. Help depends on volunteer availability and capacity. Priority is given to Kupuna (elderly individuals), people with disabilities or access/functional needs, and households with limited resources.

Provides a national toll-free phone line to answer commonly asked questions on postal service, such as service hours, zip code and address information, and mailing rates. A caller attempting to reach a postal worker in Hawaii, or who asks a question that cannot be answered by Mainland operators, will be given a local number to call. Also provides U.S. Passports and voter ballot forms also available at several Post Office locations.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households. Serves as a liaison between the District Health Office and the central vital records office of the Department of Health in Honolulu. Provides order forms for vital records of birth, death, marriage and divorce. Applications for license to perform marriage ceremonies. A relative may make the order on behalf of the person needing the replacement by uploading a copy of their own government ID (if born in Hawaii) to establish a relationship to the impacted individual.
