Works for the preservation and enhancement of health for the residents of Kauai and Niihau. Maintains a community wide network of health care and human service agencies, organizations and consumers. Promotes access to comprehensive health care. Provides consultation and training in the areas of health planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and specific health care disciplines. Works with county, state and federal agencies to meet identified health and human service needs.
