Malu Aina is a spiritual community based on peace, justice and sustainable organic farming. Volunteers receive a valuable experience in organic farming, aquaculture, and peace and justice advocacy. Life on the farm involves physical labor, simple living, and community engagement on issues of justice and peace. A wide variety of fruits and vegetables are grown to share freely with people in need, and we are also a regional food bank emergency pantry.

(EAP) Employee Assistance of the Pacific (EAP) provides short-term counseling services including assistance with family, relationship and workplace issues through contracts with employers. EAP offers limited substance abuse counseling, assessment, and referrals, critical incident debriefings following workplace trauma, on-site trainings in selected areas, management consults for troubled employees and other workplace issues.

Conducts professional development training and provides ongoing technical assistance to increase capacity and sustainability of youth-serving organizations. Creates, coordinates and sustains multi-agency partnerships and collaborations. Facilitates the Hawaii Interagency State Youth Network of Care (HISYNC). Conducts needs assessment, planning, and public policy development. Current focus areas include youth homelessness, foster care, teen pregnancy and STI prevention, sexual abuse prevention. Ensures a youth voice in public policy through an annual Hawaii Children and Youth Summit.

(Aloha Diaper Pantry) The Aloha Diaper Bank supports newborns up to 3 years old who are facing poverty or family crises due to job loss or personal circumstances. Working in collaboration with various local agencies that serve low-income, homeless, and families in crisis, we provide essential diapers and wipes. Families are encouraged to register with one of the partner agencies to receive ongoing support and access other valuable services during challenging times. Additionally, the Aloha Diaper Bank offers a one-time emergency assistance package, including 75 diapers and 2 packs of baby wipes, to address immediate needs. The Aloha Diaper Bank Maui Pantry and the Aloha Diaper Bank Kauai Pantry works with partner agencies to distribute diapers to families in need. (Four-H Youth Program) Provides an informal youth program, designed to assist youth in acquiring knowledge life skills, and becoming self-directed, productive and contributing members of society. Through active, experiential learning, youth learn about science, communication, personal management, leadership, citizenship, health, safety, and nutrition. Members participate in citizenship projects, literacy program using television; "GHOSTWRITERS"; "KAMP" (Kindergartners Are Most Precious) designed to promote school readiness, success and parent-child interaction; and a "Youth At Risk" educational theatre project.

Operation Hero is an afterschool program that targets military children who have been identified by teachers, counselors, or parents as exhibiting low self-esteem, or who have difficulty adjusting, both academically and sociall t the school environment. Oftentimes, these difficulties can be attributed to frequent moves and family disruption due to deployments. The curriculum is designed to help children cope with the challenges of military life, provide tools to help them succeed in school, and assist them in developing a positive self-image while improving communication skills. This program promotes social responsibility through team-building activities and targets children.

(MEO) Provides accessible transportation service for the youth, elderly, disabled, and general public of Maui County. Services include non-emergency medical transport, demand response, and specialized service to also include 'fee-for-service" operations.

Provides support and supervision to adults 18 and older who are unable to remain at home alone. Provides two meals and two snacks daily, as well as both structured and informal activities for clients' enjoyment. Interaction with the keiki from the pre-school located on the same campus is offered through the Intergenerational Program. Offers field trips and numerous special entertainment activities throughout the year. Also offers assistance with personal care (using the restroom) for clients who may be incontinent or have physical limitations.

(Ho`okele Case Management) HUGS provides case management for families with children that have life threating, chronic illnesses. Case management helps connects HUGS families to different community resources and agencies to provide a variety of services based on need. HUGS also provides financial assistance (emergency airfare) and non-perishable food to clients/families enrolled with HUGS.
