Youth, youth workers and administrators of youth serving organizations. Membership meetings and training programs: Not limited. Membership requires approval of Hawaii Youth Services Network (HYSN) Board of Directors.

Service area
All Islands,Oahu,Hawaii (Big Island),Maui,Kauai,Molokai,Lanai,Niihau
Conducts professional development training and provides ongoing technical assistance to increase capacity and sustainability of youth-serving organizations. Creates, coordinates and sustains multi-agency partnerships and collaborations. Facilitates the Hawaii Interagency State Youth Network of Care (HISYNC). Conducts needs assessment, planning, and public policy development. Current focus areas include youth homelessness, foster care, teen pregnancy and STI prevention, sexual abuse prevention. Ensures a youth voice in public policy through an annual Hawaii Children and Youth Summit.
