Persons with referrals from a hospital social worker, child life specialist, or self-referral may be eligible. Doctor's forms must be completed by physician and enrollment into HUGS completed.

(Ho`okele Case Management) HUGS provides case management for families with children that have life threating, chronic illnesses. Case management helps connects HUGS families to different community resources and agencies to provide a variety of services based on need. HUGS also provides financial assistance (emergency airfare) and non-perishable food to clients/families enrolled with HUGS.
