The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is opening applications for the waitlist on Monday, April 20, 2026 8:00 am until Monday, April 27, 2026 4:00 pm. The waitlist is for: -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for the Towers at Kuhio Park, 1475 Linapuni Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. It is managed by The Michaels Organization. The HPHA is accepting applications for 2 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 600 applications. -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for Palolo Homes, 2170 Ahe Street, Honolulu, HI 96816. It is managed by Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii. The HPHA is accepting applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 300 applications. -Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List. This waiting list serves the HPHA’s Housing Choice Voucher program on the island of Oahu. The HPHA is accepting applications for all voucher unit sizes. The HPHA will accept 1000 applications. The HPHA has adopted a lottery selection policy. After a waiting list closes, the HPHA will place applicants on the list in a randomized order. Applications will be active for 18 months from the date of placement on a waiting list and then expire. After 18 months, remaining applications will automatically be cancelled. (Mālama Honua Disaster Fund, MHDF) The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) provides a limited number of $10,000 grants to repair eligible Native Hawaiian homeowners' homes that sustained minor damage during the March 2026 Kona Low storm events. The program helps OHA beneficiary homeowners with minor disaster-related cleanup and home repair needs for their principal residences located in OHA-identified Kona Low storm highly impacted areas throughout Hawaii. The grants are intended for homes that remain safe to live in but require non-structural repairs or cleanup due to flooding, water damage, or other storm-related impacts. The Malama Honua Disaster Fund (MHDF) program is open to Native Hawaiian homeowners who are not otherwise eligible for OHA's March 2026 Kona Low General Disaster Assistance Program that the Hawaiian Council is contracted to administer. Applicants must provide verifiable quotes, invoices, or other acceptable cost documentation for repairs or cleanup due to the storms. OHA will use available storm impact data and recovery indicators to ensure grant awards are distributed fairly and proportionately across impacted islands and communities. (Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. (HUOA) The Legacy Ballroom is a fully air-conditioned, multi-functional auditorium/theater and banquet hall, featuring a 40 foot wide theater stage, a professional lighting and sound system and a large projection screen that drops from above the stage. A beautiful garden provides the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding and picture taking. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 800 guests for a sit-down banquet or up to 1,200 guests for a stand-up reception or in a theater style sitting configuration. The Legacy Ballroom can also be divided into two smaller rooms, Legacy I and Legacy II. Our Legacy I Ballroom seats (min.) 200 to 350 (max.) guests, and our Legacy II Ballroom seats (min.) 125 to 200 (max.) guests.

Our Cancer Rehabilitation Program (CRP) is a comprehensive program that provides outpatient rehabilitation to cancer patients and survivors. Whether newly diagnosed or finished with treatment, we can help decrease pain and enable individuals to safely and effectively regain independence. Our goal is to help patients love their life as they did before cancer. For those who want to increase their independence and fulfill rehab goals, the CRP may be the right path. Patients work with a team of cancer rehabilitation specialists, including physical therapists and exercise physiologists, to create a program tailored specifically towards improving quality of life.

Offers college programs and classes, students can transfer to UH Manoa, UH West Hawaii and UH Hilo upon completion of the associate and arts degree at Hawaii Community College and other requirements. The Student Services office provides information on financial aid, program requirements, distance learning, admissions, tuition, student rights, registration, and other academic regulations. The UH Center at West Hawaii coordinates access to courses and programs from University of Hawaii system.

(Workforce Development) Provides job training, placement, and case management services for individuals receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)/VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) assistance.

Provides customs information on foreign travel, registering articles and duty rates. Inspects baggage of individuals arriving from other countries and collects appropriate duty or tariffs. Provides Customs Services for Foreign Cruise Ships & Foreign Aircrafts.
