Nani's Cafe provides breakfast and coffee during the week of March 30-31, 2026 7:00 am - 10:30 am for those persons affected by the Kona Low on March 2026. Nani's cafe is also accepting donations of ice and water. Coolers are set up outside of the cafe for people to drop off ice and water. It is a self serve drop off location. (MOCA) Mentally Overcoming Challenges and Adversity (MOCA) is a safe space for all youth ages 12 years old - 24 years old to talk about mental health challenges and get help locating resources in their community. MOCA provides youth and young adults with: 24/7 access to support and resource referrals, non-judgmental and anonymous support via trained staff, and connection to nationwide resources, including mental health support, and services. We offer a thriving and robust kupuna (senior) and youth program. We also host additional services for all ages in a safe, intergenerational setting at our multi-purpose family center. KEY programs, both our own and those of others with whom we partner, provide positive alternatives for youth and families from Kaneohe to Kahuku with a focus on prevention, alternative education options, civic engagement. As an excellent meeting site, KEY provides opportunities for community members to participate in and gain control over their lives and the future of their community through active participation in clubs, organizations, halau, forums and community service activities. All programs are located at KEY Project multi-purpose community center.

Hoa Aina O Makaha provides U-Pick events where guests are welcome to harvest from designated fields, assist farmers with planting, wash and weigh what you harvest, learn health benefits/recipes of whatever is in their baskets, and take starters home for their gardens. Parents And Children Together (PACT) provides a confidential facility available around the clock for survivors and their children in crisis. Services include safety planning, case management, and referrals to legal, medical, financial, and housing assistance. If you are in an abusive relationship with your spouse or partner, call the Domestic Violence Shelter Access and Crisis Line. A staff member will speak with you over the phone to see how we can best help you and provide resources that are available through our shelter program or another agency. Sounding Joy's Direct Services include music therapy consultation, assessment, treatment planning, evaluation, and individual/group sessions conducted by Board Certified Music Therapists (MT-BC's). Music therapy sessions can be offered either individually or in group, according to the client's needs. We have grants and scholarships available to assist with payment for music therapy services. Our organization also offers various ranges of music therapy seminars and conferences, including continuing education credit opportunities. They are mostly targeted to specific populations/groups and topics, but sometimes to the general public. People may need to contact us before attending them.
