(MOCA) Mentally Overcoming Challenges and Adversity (MOCA) is a safe space for all youth ages 12 years old - 24 years old to talk about mental health challenges and get help locating resources in their community. MOCA provides youth and young adults with: 24/7 access to support and resource referrals, non-judgmental and anonymous support via trained staff, and connection to nationwide resources, including mental health support, and services. MOCA can be reached via call or text at (888) 504-6622 (MOCA). Or text “MOCA” to 66008.
