Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. Facilities include a multi-purpose building and a field. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Participants are non-high school graduates, 16-24 years of age, with personal histories filled with alcohol and drug abuse, criminal activities, and limited financial resources. Is the last chance for individuals to earn a high school diploma and develop skills to prevent future incarceration, drug addiction, teen pregnancy, and long-term unemployment.

(SHEG) A one time, not ongoing financial assistance for households who are homeless or at-risk for homelessness. Single, couples and families. Provides assistance with rent deposit, first month rent, past due rent, utilities when included with rent or if utility assistance prevents homelessness. Utility assistance for renters only. Utilities assistance to prevent the household from losing their housing or prevent homelessness.

Registers and issues firearm permits. Administers and promotes community education and prevention programs such as Crimestoppers, DARE, Neighborhood Watch.

Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) offers referrals to 12-step recovery meetings for people who have a desire to recover from sexually compulsive or addictive behavior. Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options. SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a “hotline.” Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in his/her area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.

Keiki To Kupuna Foundation (KTKF) delivers frozen meals to the homebound and isolated seniors. Each senior receives 5 or 7 meals a week. Program also provides private pay meals for anybody who needs frozen meals - accepts donations of $40 for 5 individual frozen meals gets delivered to the customers' home.

Conducts community and professional education and training. Provides consultation and technical assistance. Creates health education materials. Acts as a clearinghouse for distribution of risk factor data and information on health promotion/education programs and strategies. Builds coalitions to work on health education issues.
