Outdoor Outreach Program provides boys and girls a vast range of experiences unattainable anywhere else. They advance in knowledge of outdoor skills, they experience an appreciation for nature not available in the classroom or on the streets, and they learn to live and work in teams in a camp setting. The program activity is to provide the boys and girls with the adventure of camp.

Operates a lawyer Alcoholics Anonymous support group with lawyer sponsors. Provides intervention services for attorneys or judges who are impaired either by substance abuse or have other problems such as mental illness. (MEO) Reviews credit reports with individuals and provides tips and resources on how to improve credit scores. The program also discusses issues affecting small business owners and helps to find solutions to problems.

Kaiser Permanente (KP) will be providing medical services to KP members and non-members at several locations in Lahaina. -The Mobile Health Vehicle will be located at Napili Park. Services include first aid, adult and pediatric care, and ob-gyn services (offered every Friday) Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. -Kaiser Permanente First Aid Station located at the Hyatt Regency Lahaina, Maui Suites, Promenade Lower Level is providing first aid services and wound care Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Pharmacy courier services will be available at all three sites.

Utilities assistance to prevent the household from losing their housing or prevent homelessness.

(ECS, Nā Lima Hana Employment Core Services - Leeward District) The Na Lima Hana Employment Core Services program provides employment preparation training, personalized case management services, tuition assistance for vocational training, and job placement for unemployed and underemployed individuals. Provides health and social service programs for Native Hawaiians aged 60 and older. Serves lunch meal each day. Offers friendly visiting, telephone reassurance and referrals to other community agencies.

Registers and issues firearm permits. Administers and promotes community education and prevention programs such as Crimestoppers, DARE, Neighborhood Watch.

(Domestic Violence Shelter, Domestic Abuse Shelter - Hilo) Domestic Abuse Shelters provide a safe haven for abused partners and their children. It is a time-out period for abused partners to learn about the dynamics of domestic violence, the cycle of abuse and how to develop a "safety plan". It is also a time for learning about and making choices; discovering that they are not at fault for the abuse; building self-esteem and learning self-empowerment. The Domestic Abuse Shelters help families and children escape from domestic violence and establish independent lives. The shelter offers up to 120 days of a safe haven, basic needs (food, clothing etc.), counseling and services for children. Program participants learn dynamics of domestic violence, develop safety plans, improve self-esteem and learn healthy parenting skills. Children develop safety plans and learn they’re not responsible for domestic violence. The shelters offer: -Domestic violence crisis hotline -Lodging and food -Crisis counseling -Individual counseling -Educational workshops -Support groups -Information, referral & advocacy -Children's program -Tutors for children not able to attend school -Assistance with obtaining a TRO, Housing and financial aid -Volunteer program The Domestic Abuse Shelters (DAS) provide victims of domestic violence and their families with a safe haven of temporary shelter, provision for basic needs (food, clothing etc.), counseling and services for children. Our Cancer Rehabilitation Program (CRP) is a comprehensive program that provides outpatient rehabilitation to cancer patients and survivors. Whether newly diagnosed or finished with treatment, we can help decrease pain and enable individuals to safely and effectively regain independence. Our goal is to help patients love their life as they did before cancer. For those who want to increase their independence and fulfill rehab goals, the CRP may be the right path. Patients work with a team of cancer rehabilitation specialists, including physical therapists and exercise physiologists, to create a program tailored specifically towards improving quality of life.

Provides screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. Coordinates the recovery of organ and tissue donation for the state of Hawaii. (OSHA) COVID-19: Please refer to the guidelines/directions from the Centers of Disease and Prevention Control as well as the guidelines/directions and orders/proclamations from the government for more information. OSHA cannot enforce the Covid-19 guidelines/directions/orders/proclamations. Administers the Occupational Safety and Health Law and the Boiler and Elevator Safety Law. Conducts investigations of workplace catastrophes or fatalities and employee complaints regarding workplace hazards. Provides consultation to employers and training to employers and employees to encourage voluntary compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law standards and rules. Inspects boilers, pressure systems, amusement rides, elevators and similar equipment.

Sets minimum sentence for prisoners. Grants paroles and supervises persons paroled from prisons. Revokes paroles. Considers applications for pardons upon referral by the Governor.

Reopening September 1, 2022, the Honolulu Museum of Art School offers courses in ceramics, printmaking, metalsmithing, textiles, drawing and painting, and a General Survey Art Exploration class. Curriculum is designed for a wide range of abilities, experiences, and expertise. Fall 2022 registration opens online and in-person on Wednesday July 13, 2022 at 10am. (After School No'eau Program) Ulu A‘e Learning Center uses a high touch, personalized approach in growing the hearts and minds of children during the out of school time though storytelling, Native Hawaiian practices and stewardship experiences. The after school time begins with homework help and moves to lessons in Native Hawaiian practices. Our facility is equipped with indoor and outdoor flexible learning spaces. Three computers are available for student use. Those with personal laptops or iPads will have access to our WIFI for the purpose of completing homework or school projects.

Families who are accepted into our program can live at the National Home in a single family home for up to four years while working with a professional case worker to set goals and make plans for the future. Families also have access to educational, recreational and enrichment opportunities. Community resources and counseling referrals are provided as needed. Free state-certified daycare services are provided free of charge for children five and under.

(Domestic Violence Advocacy) Families who are enrolled in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Temporary Assistance to Other Needy Families (more commonly known as “welfare”), are required to be engaged in activities that will ultimately lead them to self-sufficiency. Program recipients for whom issues of safety and domestic violence are interfering with their progress can call upon Domestic Violence Advocacy to help them find support to change their situations. Services include: assessment, service planning, counseling services, case management and linkage and referral. Provides a range of supportive services to help individuals involved in domestic abuse situations to become self sufficient. Services include assessment, safety plan, individual service plan, case management, domestic violence information, counseling and referrals.

Provides financial counseling and assists in obtaining financing for low income families. Teaches families how to build their own homes.

Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. Facilities include a multi-purpose building and a gym. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for all ages, including classes in arts and crafts, games and sports, seasonal activities and crafts, and excursions.
