The Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency also collects information on residential and commercial property damage from storms or other events. Call to report damage. Crisis Cleanup

(HVOAD, VOAD, Debris Cleanup, Mud Cleanup, Disaster Cleanup, December 2021 Flood, Crisis Clean Up) Crisis Cleanup is a national coordination platform that connects disaster survivors with local volunteer organizations who may provide: Debris removal, muck-out (flood cleanup), tree and yard clearing, and/or basic sanitation of impacted areas. This service is free, but signing up does not guarantee help. Help depends on volunteer availability and capacity. Priority is given to Kupuna (elderly individuals), people with disabilities or access/functional needs, and households with limited resources.
