Kokua Kalihi Valley (KKV) is a community organization with the mission for "healing and reconciliation in the Kalihi Valley community". KKV serves residents in Kalihi Valley a Medically Underserved Area and Health Personnel Shortage Area, as designated by the Public Health Service. Services include: dental, medical, family planning, WIC nutrition, behavioral health, elderly services, elderly exercise classes, youth development, case management, transportation, translation, case management and outreach, sewing program and Micronesian women's group.

Offers recreational, educational and health classes and seminars. Teaches line dancing, exercise, karaoke, ukulele, and painting. Provides assistance in accessing services, counseling, escort and transportation services.

(Pauahi Rec Center) Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for adults and seniors, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games, and exercises, music, martial arts, and seasonal activities. Elderly lunch available through Lanakila Rehabilitation. A list of activities, registration dates, and program period information is published in the Midweek prior to registration.

(Kupuna Program, Na Pua O Ko'olau Kupuna Program, Na Pua O Ko'olau Senior Citizens Program) Na Pua o Koolau promotes socialization, culture, exercise, and access to healthy foods through a variety of events and activities. Registered participants partake in fellowship, education and recreation through regular meal services, virtual and in person creative and fitness classes, off sit excursions, presentations, and work days.

(LMPC) The Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center (LMPC) provides social, recreational, educational, cultural and health activities with the overall goal of helping seniors remain independent and preventing premature institutionalization. Classes in Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Cribbage and other board games, Dance (Chinese, Hula, Korean, Yui Buyo) , Digital Technology, Gardening, Guitar, Hanafuda, Japanese Calligraphy, Line Dancing, Mah Jong, Pickleball, Ping Pong, Language Classes (ASL, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish), Sewing, Stretch and Tone, Tai Chi, Taisho Koto, Yoga, and many more classes. A variety of cultural clubs meet weekly. Opportunities for community service, obtaining new skills, health improvement, continuing education for seniors and access to other services.
