The Lyon Arboretum is a 193.5 acre botanical garden operated by the University of Hawaii. Offers tours, classes and workshops. The Arboretum's Micropropagation Lab and Seed Storage Lab both work to save Hawaii's rare and endangered plants. The Arboretum's Ethnobotanical and Hawaiian gardens are amongst the state's largest collection of cultural and native plants and help to maintain the cultural and natural heritage of Hawaii. Youth small boat day sailing. Youth from 8 years - 20 years old participant in day time sailing activities on boats that range from 8 ft to 30 ft. Activities divided into programs for 8 -12 years and 12 years and older. Programs include basic sailing, intermediate sailing and racing. Sailing is an Olympic sport that can be done as an individual or team.
