(EAP) Employee Assistance of the Pacific (EAP) provides short-term counseling services including assistance with family, relationship and workplace issues through contracts with employers. EAP offers limited substance abuse counseling, assessment, and referrals, critical incident debriefings following workplace trauma, on-site trainings in selected areas, management consults for troubled employees and other workplace issues.

H-HEAP primarily assists households by applying an energy assistance grant directly to the energy provider on behalf of the eligible household. Applications are accepted year-round. (Aloha Diaper Pantry) The Aloha Diaper Bank supports newborns up to 3 years old who are facing poverty or family crises due to job loss or personal circumstances. Working in collaboration with various local agencies that serve low-income, homeless, and families in crisis, we provide essential diapers and wipes. Families are encouraged to register with one of the partner agencies to receive ongoing support and access other valuable services during challenging times. Additionally, the Aloha Diaper Bank offers a one-time emergency assistance package, including 75 diapers and 2 packs of baby wipes, to address immediate needs. If you are an individual in need of diapers, our partner agency Keiki O Ka Aina can help to sign you up to receive diapers and provide you guidance with parenting services and classes. Support is also provided during police, medical examinations and legal matters surrounding the crime, advocacy, counseling, and therapy.

(Maui Economic Opportunity Youth Bank, MEO Youth Bank) The MEO YOUTH SERVICES offers an After-School/Out of School Positive Youth Development Programming service. The programming activities allows youths in the 6th grade through high school age (up to 18 years old) to acquire the attitudes, competencies, values, and social skills that is necessary to carry them forward to successful adulthood. MEO Youth Services also assists the youths/young adults with skills to avoid choices and behaviors that will limit their future potential. The program focuses on Life & Career Skills development through culturally based, outdoor experiential activities, and meaningful Service Learning opportunities. MEO YOUTH SERVICES provides in-school prevention programs.

The mission of the YWCA of O'ahu aquatics department is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where learning to swim and recreation through aquatics is the focus. One of the main tenets of the program is to encourage participants to do their best with their abilities. With an emphasis on positive reinforcement, the program seeks to build confidence and self-esteem in each person. We have pools at both Laniakea and Kokokahi, and offer a comprehensive swim program at each location. All aquatic staff members are certified Water Safety Instructors (Wintertree Software Inc.). (LITFP) The Low Income Transit Fare Program (LITFP) provides a discounted transit fare for income qualifying individuals. Applications accepted on a first come, first served basis. The LITFP program runs on the City and County of Honolulu's fiscal year (July 1st-June 30th), so clients will need to reapply ever fiscal year. The HOLO card may be prepaid or reloaded on a monthly basis. Do no apply if you a person with Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
