Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center's case management and homeless outreach provides outreach and intensive case management services to high risk patients of the Health Center referred by their primary care provider or other provider in the Health Center. Also provides health care via mobile van services to the homeless living along the Waianae Coast. Outreach is provided at the beaches Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings.

Bus Passes and Handi-Van Coupons - availability is limited to those in active treatment. Taxicab - limited trips for those that are unable to access volunteers, bus or handi-van. Air Fare interisland and mainland - for patients not covered by other insurance coverage. Reduced rate lodging - at hotels in Hawaii for patients who must travel for treatment. Hope lodge - free overnight housing for patients traveling to the mainland for treatment.

(Hawaiis Thousand Friends) Offers a non-profit statewide organization established in 1980, dedicated to watchdogging the public interest on land use and environmental issues and decisions. Services are available to all citizens and community organizations in Hawaii.

Lahaina Arts Guild provides art and music classes for students in 1st - 5th grade.

Serves the low-income, underprivileged, disabled and the elderly by designing, administering and mobilizing programs and resources so that the underprivileged may gain confidence, knowledge and independence. Operates multi-programs under departments: Mediation, Group Homes, Elderly and Nutrition Services, and Homeless and Health services. Uses volunteers extensively in the elderly program. Also administers one time grants for persons in need.

Re-use Hawaii provides a Workforce Development Program that expands equitable access to jobs through second chance and transitional employment. We intentionally employ individuals who have been excluded from the workforce due to previous justice involvement, recovery from substance abuse, housing instability, or other barriers to employment.

Provides information on requirements of the unemployment insurance program. Accepts claims for unemployment insurance and determines if a person is eligible and the amount of benefits due. Ensures compliance by employers with the rules, regulations and provisions under the Hawaii Employment Security Law. Registers liable employers and collects taxes. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church provides a food pantry for those in need. Dates are subject to change please call for information. For holidays the pantry is usually on Thursday the week before the holiday.

Lunalilo Home is currently is licensed for 42 residents by the State of Hawaii Department of Health for Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH), Type II, and up to 20% of the beds for Expanded ARCH or EARCH, Type II. Residents of Lunalilo Home receive 24-hour supervised care and supportive services in an ohana (family) setting. Lunalilo Home is a private organization that is not funded by any state or federal programs. We do not directly bill Medicare or Medicaid for any of the services we provide; however, our residents may utilize Medicare and Medicaid as well as other health insurance for their medical needs. In recent years, Lunalilo Home has added elderly services including Adult Day Care, Respite Care, Meals-to-Go and Caregiver Support programs. In the coming years, Lunalilo Home plans to further enhance its services and facilities to increase its impact in the community and preserve the legacy of our kupuna and the Hawaiian people. A late fee of $250 will be assessed per 30 days outstanding.
