Maintains a national information center for those affected by anxiety disorders, including Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social anxiety Disorder, and specific phobias. Provides referrals to local treatment providers and local support groups, and provides information on these and related disorders. Publishes an E-Newsletter, Triumph, and detailed pamphlets. Promotes public awareness and education with media campaigns and events. (Hilo Early Intervention, Easter Seals Hawaii Hilo Early Intervention Program) Easterseals Hawaii provides individualized early intervention services to children under 3 with or at risk for developmental delays and their families. Services include: Development of an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP); Parent coaching and family support; Developmental evaluations; Resources, information, and referral services; Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas: Cognitive; Language and Communication; Physical; Development; Social and Emotional; Adaptive/Self Care. (H-HEAP, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program - Energy Crisis Intervention - Central, LIHEAP ECI, ECI) Hawaii Home Energy Assistance Program (H-HEAP) Energy Crisis Intervention (ECI) is designed to help families keep their utilities (gas or electric) on, especially those households that are most vulnerable, such as the elderly, the disabled, and households with young children. H-HEAP primarily assists households by applying an energy assistance grant directly to the energy provider on behalf of the eligible household. Applications are accepted year-round. Processes permits for special uses, County special uses, changes in zoning, district boundary review and other permits requiring zoning. (FSP) Freeway Service Patrol offers a variety of services to assist you when your vehicle has stopped on the freeway or close to off and on ramps. Our goal is to help you get your vehicle started so that you can get back on the road. If your vehicle does not start, a Freeway Service Patrol driver may tow you and your vehicle to an off-freeway location. The services we provide include: -Changing flat tires -Jump starting your car as a result of a dead battery -Radiator refills -Making temporary repairs -Providing gallon of gasoline (we do not provide diesel) -Towing vehicle off the freeway to a designated drop area. Once your vehicle is towed off the freeway, you can call for another towing service or your automobile insurance for further assistance.

The church is committed to providing this outreach to the community and everyone who has a need for food is welcome. Please bring your own bag for food pick up. Central Union Church Windward is a Hawaii Food Bank Agency authorized to receive FDA products, therefore our program is required to have our clients sign a form confirming the need and number of individuals in the household. Early Childhood Services are provided to children three to six years old with delays in which age appropriate milestones are not yet met. These children typically fall outside the scope of the Department of Education & Special Education Services. The needs of each child are met through professional therapeutic services designed for the child to help them thrive in their home, preschool and community. Our goal is to better prepare the child for kindergarten and beyond by using family engagement techniques and strategies.
