Shelter of Wisdom rents homes which are shared by our men. Men live in double rooms with shared living areas and house chores. We provide intensive case management until our men are accepted into permanent housing. We provide household furnishings for their new homes, which are donated to us by the community. Men must maintain their sobriety, hygiene, medications, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping and behavior.

(SSVF) Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides outreach and case management service to improve housing stability by providing supportive services to eligible Veteran families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing. Supportive Services include housing search assistance, landlord mediation, and temporary financial assistance. SSVF also provides information and referrals to assist participants with obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits, which may include health care services, personal financial planning services, and legal services.

Bus passes to persons with disabilities which allow them to ride at a reduced rate if application is approved.

A certified Patient Navigator provides personal hands-on support and direction to patients going through cancer treatment. The Patient Navigator can provide direction and referrals to resources, help patient's find financial assistance, help patient's formulate their thoughts for doctor's appointments, and help patient's coordinate their care between the many separate clinics/physicians/labs/imaging facilities located in Maui County and beyond. (Da Box) DA BOX is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. The Food Basket purchases Hawaii Island grown produce from our local farmers and resells to customers island-wide, keeping produce affordable and increasing small farm viability. DA BOX was created to both support local farmers and to provide affordable access to fresh, Hawaii Island grown produce. Each week of produce consists of a minimum of seven items, generally one to two fruits and five to six vegetables. The program website also provides free access to recipes, a "food for thought" community blog, and a "meet the farmers" section to introduce the community to the local farms and farmers, as well as a weekly newsletter.

Hina's Legacy Rescue Foundation offers community outreach and pop up events. Services such as free pet food, harnesses, collars, bedding, towels, diapers for pets, etc. are offered when available.

The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. A paper copy of the application can be downloaded, printed, signed and submitted via US postal mail or dropped off in the drop box. These agencies collectively provide: -Health Services: medical and dental care, mental health support, substance abuse counseling, and wellness programs to promote overall health and well-being, offering preventive care, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals and families. -Educational Programs: Catering to all age groups, from early childhood education and after-school programs to adult education and vocational training.
