Hep Free Hawai'i (HFH) is a coalition of local, national, and global partners dedicated to increasing awareness of and access to viral hepatitis and harm reduction services throughout the state of Hawaii. (DCMP) The original Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) connects survivors of the 2023 Maui wildfires with Disaster Case Managers (DCMs). Disaster Case Managers guide and navigate recovery support and services, help assess and address survivors' needs, identify decision-making priorities, develop a disaster recovery plan and connects survivors with referrals and resources to help. (IIH, Intensive in Home) This program provides mental health services for children/adolescents who have serious emotional and behavioral disorders. Program staff work with the family to stabilize and preserve their capacity to improve the youth’s functioning in the current living environment and to prevent the need for placement outside the home. Intensive In-Home Mental Health Treatment Services for children, youth, and families who require a higher level of care than office-based services, but who do not require residential or hospital level care.

Parents And Children Together (PACT) offers safe, compassionate, and confidential support in three counties for youth and families coping with serious behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Our evidence-based therapeutic models focus on family networks and relationships, school or job performance, peer connections and relationships, and community networks of support. (Workforce Development) Our training programs are designed to provide job training and career development that is relevant and in-demand, allowing participants to gain new skills, earn industry standard certifications, and access to higher paying jobs.
