Marianas Hawaii Medical Referral Office Assists citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands who are visiting or living in Hawaii. Provides services to CNMI residents for medical referrals, student services for students who want to attend Hawaii schools and colleges. Also provides information for potential visitors to Marianas. Jointly operates a community based program which is between the Department of Health and the Department of Education which services special education students between the ages of 12 to 21. (Ho'omana Grocery Assistance - Kapaa) Church of the Pacific offers a food pantry at the base of the Wailua River.

Callers who meet the eligibility requirements are mailed the name of an ophthalmologist participating near their home. Participating physicians provide a comprehensive, medical eye exam and care for anything diagnosed at the initial visit for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services. Eyeglasses, prescriptions, and hospital services are not covered under the program.

(Alaka'i Na Keiki) Alakai Na Keiki provides children, youth and adults with psychological and substance abuse assessments, sex abuse, mental health and substance abuse treatment as well as individual and group therapy.

Liko - We provide educational assistance to youth ages 5-24 who need additional assistance in meeting their educational goals. Youth Entrepreneurship Program - This program is open to youth ages 15-24 who have an interest in entrepreneurship, exploring career opportunities and expanding their general skills. Pahono - We currently partner with local schools to provide credit recovery or intensive support services for students who are at risk of failing their educational goals.
