(Homeless Shelter) Shelter facilities provide guests with hot showers, daily meals (3 meals a day), storage lockers, mail service, and access to services that include case management, healthcare, employment, and housing assistance.

Responsible for public building construction and inspection; plans, specifications and applications for private building and construction; plumbing, electrical and building permits. Enforces all County ordinances related to building construction and inspection.

Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. Facilities include a multi-purpose building and a field. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for all ages, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games and sports, music, seasonal activities and crafts, and excursions. Coordinates and produces major annual events. Maintains a visitor center at old Lahaina courthouse. Distributes free information, maps and brochures.

Provides educational programs to develop reading, writing, and math skills. Scholarships are occasionally available for children currently or formerly in the foster care system.

Rainbow Mililani opened in 1987. We are located in the heart of Mililani Town on the grounds of the Christ Lutheran Church , although we are not affiliated with any religious denomination. Our program is licensed by the State of Hawaii. We offer services to 60 children ranging in age from 3 to 5 years old. Licensed by the State of Hawaii Department of Human Service and nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). All staff meet State licensing requirements. We accept DHS – Child Care Connection, Open Door, First-to-Work, Kamehameha Schools’ Keiki Pauahi Scholars Program, and Federal subsidies. All tuition payments are done through the FACTS Tuition Management program. Your child’s Form 14, current TB clearance and DHS 908 Form are required upon acceptance into the school. Parents are also responsible for a non-refundable registration fee of $175 upon acceptance. If there are no availabilities, your child’s application will be placed on the center’s waitlist. (Pu'ulu Lapa'au, Hawai'i Program for Healthcare Professionals) The mission of Puulu Lapaau, the Hawaii Program for Healthcare Professionals, is to promote patient safety and care by improving the health, well-being and effectiveness of healthcare professionals. We achieve this by offering confidential support and advocacy to healthcare professionals with potential conditions including substance use disorders, mental or physical illness, work-life imbalance and behavioral concerns. We also help determine fitness to practice and practice re-entry.

Counseling services, (individual, family); group services, and limited financial assistance. With partners, through it's community building efforts, QLCC works toward the development of: healthy children, strong positive family attachment, stable home environment and caring communities.

Supervises adult felons and some misdemeanants who are placed on probation, supervises deferred acceptance of guilty pleas or conditional discharges. Supervises interstate felon or misdemeanant probationers.

Provides leadership, coordination, and resources to address prevention planning, to develop and implement strategies/interventions, and to conduct evaluations supporting the goal of a tobacco-free Hawaii. Initiates new legislation regarding the issues of smoking and tobacco use. Monitors and handles information and complaints regarding existing statutes. Provides information on the Hawaii Smoke-Free Law.

Provides a national toll-free phone line to answer commonly asked questions on postal service, such as service hours, zip code and address information, and mailing rates. A caller attempting to reach a postal worker in Hawaii, or who asks a question that cannot be answered by Mainland operators, will be given a local number to call. Also provides U.S. Passports and voter ballot forms also available at several Post Office locations.

(RAINN) The National Sexual Assault Hotline was the nation’s first decentralized hotline, connecting those in need with help in their local communities. It’s made up of a network of independent sexual assault service providers, vetted by RAINN, who answer calls to a single, nationwide hotline number. Also known as 1-800-656-HOPE

(Seagulls School EEC) Early childhood education and preschool services. Children do not have to be toilet trained.

Hawaii Fi-Do Service Dogs provides trained service dogs to people with disabilities other than blindness in Hawaii, as well as related education to the community. In order to minimize expenses, we do not have a formal office location. We have our dogs live in homes of our puppy raiser volunteers around Oahu and on the Big Island. We do have a formal kennel location in Pupukea, on the North Shore of Oahu.

Offers transitional shelters; Transitional shelter accepts families with minor children, whom are homeless or at risk of being homeless and teaches the skills necessary to become independent, self sufficient, and productive members of society.

A weekly homeless outreach ministry fundamentally based around food distribution, gospel proclamation, and life transformation. We offer groceries, a hot meal, and haircuts. Occasionally, we also offer showers, and aides signing up for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Hands of Hope plans to be open the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years 2025. Please call to verify.

Kokua Support Services provides Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and After Care Treatment for clients who require this level of care.

(Kau Family Health and Dental Center) Provides general family medical care including treatment for illnesses and minor injuries and behavioral health services. Offers physical exams, family planning services including birth control information. Routine dental care, call for details.

Provides an educational program for boys, girls and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
