(Four-H Youth Program) Provides an informal youth program, designed to assist youth in acquiring knowledge life skills, and becoming self-directed, productive and contributing members of society. Through active, experiential learning, youth learn about science, communication, personal management, leadership, citizenship, health, safety, and nutrition. The curriculum is designed to help children cope with the challenges of military life, provide tools to help them succeed in school, and assist them in developing a positive self-image while improving communication skills. This program promotes social responsibility through team-building activities and targets children.

SBA Microloans are oriented to acquisition of inventory, materials, furniture and commercial equipment, improvements to physical plant and working capital. We provide business technical assistance free of charge for the life of the loan. Collateral may be required according to the risk and viability of the business to be financed. Village Harvest is a volunteer-based Kauai gleaning program that harvests and donates produce to those in need. We strive to bridge the gap between food waste and food insecurity by utilizing food left over from harvests on personal properties and farms. The produce gleaned is donated to food pantries, youth programs, and home deliveries for homebound and houseless. We also distribute and install food trees throughout the community to increase direct access to produce into the future, contributing to long-term food security.

Conducts investigations of workplace catastrophes or fatalities and employee complaints regarding workplace hazards. Provides consultation to employers and training to employers and employees to encourage voluntary compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law standards and rules. Inspects boilers, pressure systems, amusement rides, elevators and similar equipment.

Parents And Children Together's (PACT) learning and developmental services for pregnant women and low income families with infants and toddlers birth - 5 years old. Applications are accepted year-round. PACT's Early Head Start is a federally funded program that supports the healthy development of pregnant women, infants, and toddlers birth - 3 years old through early learning, health, and family services. PACT's Head Start is a federally funded program that promotes school readiness for children 3 years old - 5years old through education, health, nutrition, and family support services.

Operates a 288 bed, skilled and intermediate care facility, certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Provides room and board, 24 hours nursing services, IV therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, social services, recreational services and dietary services. Other services include audiology, dental, laboratory, X-ray, and podiatry services. Specializes in short term rehabilitation services and is licensed for outpatient therapy services.

Senior Programs assists seniors in connecting with senior clubs and also assists senior clubs with facilitation of their meetings, organization of special events, scheduling of guest speakers, and provision of health information. Senior Programs also produces a monthly publication to provide seniors valuable resources and information.
