Applicants must meet current income limits, fall within the definition of a family, provide a Social Security Numbers (SSN) for all household members, declare and provide evidence of citizenship status, cannot be a registered sex offender (we do criminal screening for violent and drug-related offenses within the last 3 years), cannot have been convicted of producing and manufacturing methamphetamines.

Provides rental subsidies (through the Housing Choice Voucher Program) to very low income families. Under the Housing Voucher Program, the maximum subsidy is primarily based on an applicable payment standard less 30% of the family's monthly adjusted income, but no less than $50; the family pays the balance of the rent. A family is responsible for securing a rental unit which meets program standard.
