Imua Autism Services works with children up to 6 years old using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is an evidence-based, therapy that focuses on improving social skills, communication and human behavior and is an effective method to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn the skills they need to move forward. Imua Family Services understand that each child learns differently. Our goal is to provide an interactive, fun, play-based learning program. We take a collaborative approach incorporating family members and caregivers to develop a comprehensive plan. We work to personalize educational programs for both the child and parents using interviews, observations and natural environment assessments. Hawaii Meals on Wheels – Home Delivered Meals

(Meal Delivery - Hawaii Meals on Wheels) Medical meal (diabetic, renal, chopped, pureed, etc.) delivery service to homebound kupuna. Meals are frozen or hot, as needed. Frozen meals delivered once a week to your home and is a week's worth of meals. Hot meals are daily during weekdays, including all holidays. Both hot and frozen programs offer medical meals. Helps frail elderly and disabled individuals preserve their independence at home by providing nutritious meals and regular personal contact. Clients will have to have limited mobility; not be able to meet certain criteria of daily living i.e. difficulty dressing themselves, unable to cook or shop on their own. For private pay and sponsored services, A Hawaii Meals on Wheels staff will check in with their physician on their health status.
