Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center's case management and homeless outreach provides outreach and intensive case management services to high risk patients of the Health Center referred by their primary care provider or other provider in the Health Center. Also provides health care via mobile van services to the homeless living along the Waianae Coast. Outreach is provided at the beaches Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings.

Healthy Mothers Health Babies Coalition of Hawaii (HMHB) offers "Hawaii Cribs for Kids," a safe sleep education course, for low-income, high-risk pregnant women and their families. This program provides education on the risk factors, how to create a safe sleep environment, and tracks the baby's health throughout its first year of life. Health centers and community partners refer income-eligible parents to HMHB, and each eligible family receives a free Pack n' Play crib after completing the class so their child has a safe place to sleep.

Enforces laws relating to firearms, ammunition and dangerous weapons. Controls and manages beaches with public access. Participates with search and rescue efforts locally.

Covers twelve acres and includes a five acre archaeological remnant of the prehistoric agricultural zone that once dominated the Kona district. Collection includes agricultural cultivars and plants introduced by the Polynesians, as well as a collection of nearly one hundred native Hawaiian plants.
