Safe Baby Haven

The National Safe Haven Alliance (NSHA) is a national non-profit organization that promotes safe alternatives for parents in crisis pregnancy situations in every state. The 24 hour crisis help and text line provides support and direction for parents and providers regarding the Safe Haven law, including Safe Surrender locations, adoption resources and parenting support. The National Safe Haven Alliance also can provide direct resources to assist and prevent infant abandonment. The Crisis Hotline is staffed 24 Hours by social workers, nurses, and paramedics that have received comprehensive training and are able to support and assist parents and providers. The number is a helpline and text line.
