Assessments of Hawaii provides substance abuse assessments and chemical dependency treatment.

Plans, programs, budgets, designs, constructs and inspects improvements such as streets, highways, bridges, drainage and flood control projects, buildings and public works structures. Manages surveys, maps and land related services for the acquisition of lands, rights-of-way, rights-of-entry and easements. Prepares master plans, sets design standards for traffic, roadway and drainage systems. Maintains Kalana O Maui, Kalana Pakui and Old Courthouse building.

Shelter of Wisdom rents homes which are shared by our men. Men live in double rooms with shared living areas and house chores. We provide intensive case management until our men are accepted into permanent housing. We provide household furnishings for their new homes, which are donated to us by the community. Men must maintain their sobriety, hygiene, medications, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping and behavior.

Women in Need provides services to men and women 18 years old or older. Services include substance abuse assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, aftercare and individual counseling.

Private school includes grades Early Childhood -8th for boys and girls.

(Positive Youth Development, OYS) Services youth ages 10 years old to 21 years old who are engaging in or at-risk of engaging in behaviors such as drug use, delinquency, and/or unprotected sex which lead to teen pregnancy. The program focuses on youth who are in crisis, have no basic necessities or no support systems and are approaching adulthood. We address areas of social well-being, knowledge, reasoning and creativity, vocational preparation, and social responsibility. Program activities address the following areas: youth leadership; educational development; community service and service learning; mentoring and intergenerational support; performing/visual arts and humanities; sports, fitness and health; self awareness and interpersonal dynamics; as well as basic money management/budgeting and job readiness. Hina's Legacy Rescue Foundation offers community outreach and pop up events. Services such as free pet food, harnesses, collars, bedding, towels, diapers for pets, etc. are offered when available.

The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. Provides an informal youth program, designed to assist youth in acquiring knowledge and life skills, and becoming self-directed, productive and contributing members of society. Through active, experimental learning, youth learn about science, communication, personal management, leadership, citizenship, health, safety, and nutrition. Members participate in citizenship projects, literacy program using television; "GHOSTWRITERS"; "KAMP" (Kindergartners Are Most Precious) designed to promote school readiness, success and parent-child interaction; and a "Youth At Risk" educational theater project.
