Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Our network of 1,500+ pilots, as well as commercial airline partners, throughout the 13 western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations. Ambulatory patients needing medical transportation to the 13 Western States; Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming may be eligible. Please select your permit type. Note: If the type of work you are performing would normally qualify for a Quick Permit, please select Building Permit Application instead. If this first permit you are applying for that is related to the Kona low, check the “New Project” box and enter “Kona Low Rebuild” as the project name. Day at the Beach typically takes place at White Plains Beach on the first Saturday of each month.
