Free Credit Counseling; Debt Management has one-time enrollment fee and monthly administrative fee equal to 15% of the monthly payment sent to creditors, but capped at $75/month. Free financial workshops and webinars; Set fee for other services

Negotiated APRs typically range from 2% to 8%. Debts can include credit cards, collections, medical debts, payday loans, old utility accounts, and past cell phone accounts.
